I found this secret out July 22, 1990...
When I was chatting with Ben Johnson of the company I came from, during a National Convention in Phoenix Arizona.
Get this picture...it is 7:00 am in the morning, and we both are sitting there eating some breakfast...and Ben has done 5 Billion in volume at that time, so I was a little intimidated!
We were at breakfast, and I got up enough nerve...
And I asked Ben what the Secret to this business was... bottom line...
Ben is a 5 BILLION Dollar producer (you read that right-5 billion) so what he had to say I was VERY interested in...

When asked what the secret was to this business, he smiled, and without even looking up from his breakfast...
He said one word:
"Patience."
Then he said...
"Doug, most people don't realize that it takes some time to learn this business, and it takes some time to gain experience in it, and it takes some time to master it... and most folks operate it by the seat of their pants, and they get paid accordingly...
"Then they are told that they can get rich in no time, and when it does not happen, they lose heart, and leave the industry... it's all about Patience...
